Progressive Blackjack is getting more and more popular for all the right reasons. Still, there are unanswered questions regarding whether placing side bets in progressive Blackjack is profitable. In this part, we are going to go over some tips to help you stay profitable playing progressive Blackjack.

The first thing you need to remember about progressive Blackjack is that you should always treat the primary game as more important. Keep your focus to the game and stop worrying about hitting the jackpot on your side bet at all. The side bet can be as low as $1, and the profit you make from playing the main game should be able to cover that easily.

Next, use the right Blackjack strategy when playing. Some online casinos are using 5 decks on progressive Blackjack tables while others use 6 or 8. With different decks used, the proper Blackjack strategy you should use is also different.

You should also remember that the side bet prizes are won in order. You can win the 250 to 1 payout offered for 3 non-suited Aces after winning the 25 to 1 payout for 2 non-suited Aces. You can still win higher cash prizes should you hit the right combination.

Follow these tips, use the right bankroll management strategy of your choice, treat the main game as your priority, and you will certainly be profitable playing progressive Blackjack. You can win a lot of money on the side – a lovely bonus winnings I would say – as well as on the main game.

With so many Blackjack variations being introduced these days, staying profitable when playing Blackjack and winning large cash prizes are getting even easier. All you need is the right approach – in terms of strategy and playing system – and you are all set. In this part, we are going to take a closer look at progressive Blackjack and how you can benefit from playing this variation of Blackjack.

The progressive Blackjack is played similarly to ordinary Blackjack. The only difference is that you can place side bets and win the progressive jackpot for even more profit. What you need to win the jackpot is to get 4 colored Aces. Other payouts are also available, including a staggering 2,500 to 1 if you get 3 suited Aces and 1,500 to 1 if you get 4 uncolored aces.

You need to get the Aces in a row to qualify for the cash prize. If you get an Ace of Spade in a round, followed by three consecutive Aces of Clubs in the following three rounds, you get to take home the progressive jackpot. You can win no less than £50,000 if you hit the progressive jackpot. Even getting two random Aces in a row will get you a cool 25 to 1 payout.

Since the Blackjack itself is played similarly to ordinary Blackjack, you can still use the Blackjack matrix to guide your plays. Simply treat the side bet as, well, a side bet and keep your focus on the primary game, and you will be able to stay profitable while winning cash prizes on the side as well.

Since first made popular, the game of Blackjack has evolved into many variations. There are several common table rules used by different casinos – online and offline casinos alike. The Las Vegas Strip rule is probably the most popular one, followed by Vegas Downtown rule and Atlantic City rule. For online Blackjack, these rules are adopted and slightly modified to offer better payout ratio and lower house advantage to customers; online casinos do tend to offer better payout ratio due to lower overhead costs than brick and mortar casinos.

Aside from differences in table rules, you will also find variations of Blackjack in term of how the game is played. Take multi-hand Blackjack, for example, now getting more and more attention at online casinos. You can play multiple hands at one time, use up to 5 bet positions, and be even more profitable. There is even a Blackjack matrix designed to help you play multi-hand Blackjack, so you can definitely reduce the house advantage even further.

The newly introduced Triple Seven Blackjack is another interesting Blackjack variation you should try. It is very similar to multi-hand Blackjack, although only one hand is allowed to be played at one time and the additional of $1 obligatory Triple Seven side bet that needs to be placed each round. Should you get 7s in your cards, you will get a payout on your side bet. 3 diamond 7’s means you win the progressive jackpot, while 3 unsuited 7’s give you 1,000 to 1 payout.

Most people who visit casinos on a regular basis love to play Blackjack. It is among the most popular casino games indeed, just after Slots machines, and it is also a very rewarding game. There are countless success stories of people playing Blackjack using nothing but the basic Blackjack strategy and a good bankroll management. Some even use progressive betting system and win even more money at Blackjack tables.

If you are used to playing Blackjack at brick and mortar casinos, you might want to consider playing online Blackjack as well. You wouldn’t have to wait till your next visit to your favorite casino just to play the game, plus you can also win a lot of money in the process. There are a few preparations you might want to make before plunging into the world of online Blackjack.

First, you must understand that different gaming platforms offer Blackjack tables with different rules. Be sure to use the right basic Blackjack matrix according to the table rule in order to get maximum benefits. Next, those of you who use advanced Blackjack strategies such as card counting may not want to rely on them when playing online; decks are shuffled at the end of each round so card counting techniques are not usable.

Other than a comfortable chair, a good bankroll management system, the right betting strategy, and of course a target profit – and don’t forget an exit strategy, so that you can quit while you are ahead or when you reach certain amount of losses – you have nothing more to prepare and can play Blackjack online right away.

In most other card games, including poker, Aces are considered the best cards to get. In Blackjack, however, Aces can be very tricky to handle. Depending on the combination of cards you are holding, an Ace or two can either be very good or very bad. Let’s take a look at several possible conditions and how you should handle Aces in such conditions.

Anything totaling more than 18 is a definite stand, even when you have an Ace as part of the combination. Some players consider soft 18 as not good enough, especially when the dealer’s open card is either 9, 10, any of the face cards, or an Ace. The decision is entirely up to you, since both hit and stand have their own consequences.

A soft 17 or lower, on the other hand, is a definite hit. You can choose to double down if the dealer’s open card is anything from 3 to 6, especially when you have soft 13, 14, 15 or 16. Again, there are risks involved, but your odds are pretty high and you will most likely beat the dealer.

Keep in mind that there are always two sides of a decision, and with Aces the decision can be even trickier. Of course, you should always split pocket pair of Aces and then double down on each if the table rule allows it. Use the tips presented in this article and you will be more profitable playing Blackjack. Don’t forget to check back for more articles on Blackjack.

There are so many Blackjack strategies and tips you can use in order to stay ahead of the game. Blackjack is a very beatable game indeed, and all you need to lower the house advantage is basic Blackjack matrix – the one designed for the table rules you are playing – and proper bankroll management.

When you play Blackjack online, you can easily use the Blackjack matrix. That is not the case with brick and mortar casinos though, since it would be very awkward to pull out the printed Blackjack matrix out of your pocket.

Instead of flying blind, you can actually understand some parts of the matrix and use them in live games. The 6-or-lower tip is the one I mostly use whenever I play live Blackjack. It is very simple to remember; you should always stand with 13 to 16 whenever the dealer’s open card is showing 6 or lower.

The principle might sound simple, but it is actually more than enough to keep you profitable; it worked like a charm every time for me – with usual ups and downs of course – and it can help you play Blackjack better as well. The simple rule is also very easy to remember and use.

The 6-or-lower tip is just a small portion of the Blackjack matrix, so it will not work as good. You can still stay profitable easily, but you may want to consider understanding the rest of the matrix if you really want to win a lot of money playing Blackjack.
